We place great value on the integrity with which our Board of Directors and our personnel operate in their relationships with customers, suppliers, cooperating partners and other contacts. Internally, our company is characterized by openness and transparency. Contacts between members of staff and the Board are quickly established and everything can be discussed frankly. We try to get the best from our employees by creating a positive working climate and time and budgets are made available in order to provide opportunities to reinforce social ties outside working hours from time to time. Traditionally, our family company has been characterized by its sporting nature and a feeling of solidarity, and we are proud to be able to say that we have almost no turnover of personnel.
