Club sports still fulfill an important role within a healthy and social society. KRAS sponsors the FC Volendam football club and the HVV KRAS/Volendam Premier Division handball club. On a smaller scale, KRAS supports other sports clubs and associations with a clear policy and youth plan. As part of its corporate social responsibility, KRAS provides support to specific worthy causes that are active in the locality.
